We are currently testing a retail store concept, much like Cracker Barrel, to be added to a Brewery, Irish Pub and Espresso Bar concept we are developing for Savannah, GA with a planned opening date of Mar 17, 2027. A 500 Sq Ft test General Store has alreadt been open since April 2026 and is doing quite well. Our issue … we need to develop a wider inventory of high end, artisan type products. Honey, handmade soaps, pottery, non-perishable food products (preserves, salsa, salad dressings, etc.) and small hand crafted wood products. We might also be open to a local high-end baker under the right circumstances. We already offer a line of loose-leaf teas (24), whole bean Coffee (12), coffee candles (24), and a variety of commercial-grade restaurant smallware. First placement will based on an agreed wholesale price, associated product MSRP and sale duration resulting from a negotiated contract between our company and producer. Test will be run on a consignment basis and limited to a small volume. If the product test sale is successful, following orders will be direct purchase from our company from the producer.
